“A Call for Unprecedented Times: This is the Perfect Time to Listen”

Here’s my realization for the reading I had today. When it comes to human rights, the EU should aim to send an independent international mission to investigate and visit the country’s prisons to investigate Iran’s ongoing crimes against humanity. It has to inform Tehran that before any further diplomatic engagement, it should stop its executions.

For once, Europe should follow a sound policy on Iran: a policy that better senses the danger to Tehran when listening to the Iranian people’s legitimate calls for democracy. Otherwise, Iranian extremism will continue to be spawned by European insanity.
