“Obamacare Might be Undisturbed Despite it’s Current Issues”

As I continually read the current happenings in US state regarding the current issues that was brought in the debate specifically the obamacare, I came to a point that it’s not without consequences if the court decides that the mandate is unconstitutional but severable. Biden claims he wants the fines for not purchasing health insurance to be reinstated. A decision like that would prohibit that.

Yet Obamacare will be undisturbed as it stands nowadays. It is exposing, in an unexpected way, the liberal presumption that Barrett is an automatic vote to strike down Obamacare absolutely. Judicial conservatives do not want the judiciary to be yet another branch of government in political terms. Liberals have a tough time accepting a way of thinking like that.
